Return Policy
14-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
- Condition of Equipment: The equipment must not be open. It must be returned sealed, in the exact same condition as it was delivered.
- Restocking Fee: If the equipment is opened, there will be a 25% restocking fee applied to the refund amount, provided the equipment has not been installed.
- Installed Units: We strictly do not accept returns on any installed units. Once an item has been installed, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.
